COD पूरी तरह निःशुल्क है लेकिन फर्जी/अनावश्यक ऑर्डर्स से बचने के लिए हमारी कन्फर्मेशन कॉल के दौरान कुछ राशि कन्फर्मेशन के तौर पर नीचे दिए अनुसार ली जाएगी:
₹2000/- तक के आर्डर के लिए: ₹120/-,
₹2001 से ₹5000 तक के आर्डर के लिए: ₹200/-
₹5000 से अधिक के आर्डर के लिए: आर्डर वैल्यू का 10%.
यदि आप डिलीवरी के समय ऑर्डर स्वीकार करते हैं तो यह कन्फर्मेशन राशि आपके COD भुगतान में से पूरी तरह कम कर दी जाएगी, यानी डिलीवरी के समय आपको केवल बाकी राशि का भुगतान करना होगा लेकिन यदि आप आर्डर डिस्पैच होने के बाद या डिलीवरी के समय किसी भी कारण से आर्डर कैंसिल करते हैं या ऑर्डर लेने से मना करते हैं तो यह कन्फर्मेशन राशि वापस नहीं की जाएगी और कन्फर्म किए गए ऑर्डर को स्वीकार न करने के कारण हुए खर्चों (कोरियर + पैकेजिंग) की भरपाई के लिए रखी जाएगी।
