Refund policy

We have a 3-day Exchange policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an Exchange. (No Guarantee/Warranty and No Return/Refund/Exchange is applicable on any "Electronics" item).

To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. An unboxing video of the product is mandatory for the exchange request.
Exchange will only be accepted if the product received is damaged or size issue.

kindly check Size Guide on the website before making a purchase. If the size ordered and received by the customer is same but placed it wrongly by the customer then both side courier charges will be paid by the customer for the exchange.

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange is not allowed in some mentioned collection - Laddu Gopal Furniture, Jewellery and the items which have price below Rs. 100/-

Shipping and COD Charges are Non-Refundable.

Self Shipping of orders for Exchange
In case your pin code is non serviceable for a reverse pick-up, you will have to courier the product(s) to the following address:

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
